Adding value without capital spend

The demand for clean energy is expected to spur global GDP gains of almost $100T between now and 2050. But for some companies and organizations, deploying upfront capital to install onsite renewable solutions isn’t an option. Alternatively, some organizations may want to take advantage of the value of renewable assets but can’t leverage the energy generated.

That’s why our strategy is to provide a variety of options to adopt renewable assets leveraging the lowest access to capital from DSD. Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) provide savings to customers without any capital expense required. Subscribing to community solar projects reduce customer energy expenses immediately without the need to deploy solar onsite. Site leases deliver incremental recurring revenue to organizations looking for an additional revenue stream and a visual commitment to sustainability. Giving customers access to a low cost of capital provides the confidence they need that their projects will be delivered.
